Description:
ZX series high-efficiency & energy-saving large scale banana screen is designed for classification of various kinds of minerals after crushing, with the feed size not more than 400mm. For example, this screen can be used in coal washing plant for classification of raw coal, dewatering, medium drainage and desliming of clean coal. It has advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, light weight, low noise, stable operation and high reliability etc.
 
Main Features:
1. The overload high-precision helical gears and special bearings for vibrating equipment ensure vibrators carrying capacity and stable operation. The special structure of sealing guarantees the lubricating oil not leak while operation. And magnetic oil plug purifying lubricating oil ensures device working safely.
2. The beams for vibrator are high strength steel plates, with dual-H structure design. The quality can meet the international welding standards.
3. The side plate adopts high-strength structural steel and high-precision CNC cutting to finish blanking and punching at one time, which can ensure the accuracy for shape and opening. The special u-shaped structural reinforcement ensures the screen body stiffness.
4. Screen box frame is riveted by high strength rivets and all the welding parts are stress relief, which can ensure the reliability of product running.
