Description:
ZSG heavy vibrating screen is a new type of high efficient universal screening equipment, and the motion trajectory of the screen box is approximate to a straight line. The series of sieve machine has the advantages of simple structure, screening large capacity and low energy consumption, easy maintenance. It is widely used for medium and small granular materials classification in mines, coal, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, refractory industries etc.
The power device of the linear vibrating screen has two forms: vibration motor direct drive and exciter indirect drive through the coupling by motor, which could meet the needs of different environments. The material of screen mesh has metal screen, bar, casting, welding, punching and so on, and sieve surface of both single-layer and multilayer arrangement, meet the requirements of different screening operations.

Exciting Source Can be Chosen. There are two kinds of exciting source to be chosen, one is vibrating motor, and the other one is common motor drive exciting vibrator (exiter type).
