ML Series Vertical Centrifuge for Coal Slime
Application:
This series product with sieve basket diameter of 900mm~1,200mm, is widely used as dehydration equipment for 0~3mm coal slime. Other applications are as follows.
Coal: Lignite, Clean coal, Stock coal, Coarse slurry, Middlings, Shale.
Salt: Flotation tailings, Flotation concentrate, Potash solvent residue, KCL granular crystallite, Salt of silicic acid, Sea salt.
Sand: Concrete sand, Pumice sand, Ground limestone, Shell sand, Silica sand, Oresand.
Working principle:
The sieve basket rotates in high speed. When the material is fed into the centrifuge, the water is seperated under the action of centrifuge and discharged through the screen openings. The two groups of gears produce a differential speed between the sieve basket and scraper, which scrapes the material covering on the sieve basket.
