LLW Horizontal Axis Solid Discharge Screen Centrifuge

Work Principle:
The feed suspension is introduced to the centrifuge through a feed tube and into the feed distribution chamber, and is jetted into the bowl through the hole near the cone point of the scroll. Under centrifugal force the solids separate from the liquid and settle against the bowl wall, while the clarified liquid exits over the overflow screen. The solids in the conical drum are conveyed up from the smaller end to the bigger end while the scroll turns at a slightly different speed. The bigger diameter is, the bigger centrifugal force produces to separate the liquid/solids. The solids are dried when they are drained out the drum.

Features:
1. Bowl and scroll and other main parts are made of stainless or titanium materials resisting corrosion. The cone angel of the bowl is 10° or 20°.
2. The reversed cone ring designed particularly at the front-end of the cone-shaped bowl makes the bowl achieve double dehydration function screening and sedimentation.
3. Continuous feeding, separating, cleaning, dewatering and solid discharging, with complete continuity.
4. Specifically custom-built screening metal lathing with a thickness of 1.5mm and longer service life.
5. Large handling capacity and good cleaning effect.
6. Frequency conversion control, stepless speed of the bowl is adjustable.
7. The differential speed of the scroll is adjustable.
8. Independent lubrication station with simple and reliable lubrication and good cooling performance.
9. Safety protection: Rotating speed detection, over vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection and scroll zero differential protection can be configured.

Features of the hydraulic differential:
1. Single or double row inner curve radial plunger type hydraulic pressure differential speed gear with low speed and large torque, with large output torque (2~3 times than the mechanical one);
2. Differential speed feedback control, with overload alarming outlet terminal, maximum pressure alarming and closing-down;
3. With pressure protection devices;
4. The different speed is 1~20 r/min, convenient stepless adjustment under running condition;
5. When overloading and being blocked in the stowing process, it has automatic differential speed acceleration and power compensation functions, and with large feedback compensation range, material blocked does not happen;
6. Differential speed not changed, maintaining the original initial different speed, stowing torque not changes (easy to achieve small different speed running);
7. Adaptable to material changes (with differential speed automatic feedback, function compensation and large stowing torque);
8. Start hydraulic pressure slag-discharging when the bowl stops, it is unnecessary to take the machine apart for cleaning and convenient for fault removal;
9. Automatic control can be realized.
