Coal Slime Concentration Classification Cyclone

The raw coal is mixed with a single-density qualified heavy medium suspension, and fed into the cyclone under appropriate pressure, and three products of clean coal, medium coal and gangue are sorted out in turn, which simplifies the process.

Coal slime concentration and classification cyclone adopts fresh new cyclone structure so as to improve the classification efficiency and classification accuracy of hydrocyclone, which can adjust the dimension of vortex finder and apex conveniently by the request of cut size or concentration with the features of eash assembly, commissioning, maintenance and replacement. Meanwhile, it is usually used by parallelly combining with cyclone of same specification, working as a group.
