HM500F1 Check-weigher Controller
HM500F1 check-weigher controller is mainly used as control part of an automatic weighting and sorting equipment which is installed in a material packaging production line to test weights of packaging materials. Weight limits need to be preset. When tested material flows through the carrying mechanism, JY500F1 check-weigher controller will group the material in line with the preset weight limits and drive the actuator to sort the material.

● Two material weight acquisition modes, i.e. weight capture and switch capture.
● Can preset 5 weight limits and output 6 sorting control signals in delay sorting mode or 15 weight limits in instant grouping mode.
● Weight limits expressed in weight, difference, percentage, etc.
● 18 I/O (10 inputs/8 outputs) for motion detecting and control signal output.
● Shifts setting for easy yield statistics.
● Realize no-real-object calibration.
