ML/LL Series Vertical Centrifuge
Application:
ML/LL Series Vertical Centrifuge with sieve basket diameter of 900mm~1,200mm, is widely used as dehydration equipment for 0~3mm coal slime. Other applications are as follows.
Coal: Lignite, Clean coal, Stock coal, Coarse slurry, Middlings, Shale.
Salt: Flotation tailings, Flotation concentrate, Potash solvent residue, KCL granular crystallite, Salt of silicic acid, Sea salt.
Sand: Concrete sand, Pumice sand, Ground limestone, Shell sand, Silica sand, Oresand.
Working principle:
The sieve basket rotates in high speed. When the material is fed into the centrifuge, the water is seperated under the action of centrifuge and discharged through the screen openings. The two groups of gears produce a differential speed between the sieve basket and scraper, which scrapes the material covering on the sieve basket.

LL Series Vertical Centrifuge for dewatering of clean-coal and middlings sized 0~25mm
Description:
With the high centrifugal force, it has advantage of large treatment capacity. It is easy to operate and maintenance, low water content in finished product, reliable, low noise, and with long service life.
New technology and ceramic wear resistant layer adopted to the centrifuge room and spare parts, which increases the service life 2-4 times. Different screen opening can be also provided according to the customer's requirements (0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.5 etc.).
